牵拉胃不同部位和充胀胃对家兔血压和心率的影响

Effects of Stretch-induced in Stomach and Bulged Stomach on Blood Pressure and Heart Rate of Rabbits

目的 探讨牵拉胃贲门、幽门和充胀胃对家兔血压和心率的影响。方法 将家兔麻醉后开腹 ,充分暴露胃 ,然后以 15 0 g重物经滑轮分别牵拉胃贲门、幽门以及充胀胃 ,并在牵拉或充胀胃后的 3 0s～ 1min内记录血压、心率的变化。结果 牵拉胃贲门、幽门可引起家兔血压降低和心率减慢 ,以牵拉贲门部为显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而充胀胃也可引起血压降低 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且心率不变。结论 牵拉胃不同部位和充胀胃对家兔血压和心率有一定的影响 。

Objective To probe into the effects of stretch-induced in cardiac of stomachs, pylorus and filled stomachs on blood pressure and heart rate. Methods Conducted surgery after anesthesia so that stomachs were completely exposed, stretched induced by 150g clogs in cardiac of stomachs, pylorus and filled and bulged stomachs and blood pressure and heart rates were recorded 30s～1min after stretch or bulge. Results Stretch-induced in cardiac of stomachs and pylorus caused blood pressure to fall and heart rates slow down, especially in the cardiac part (P<0.05), bulged stomachs could also cause blood pressure to fall but not so significantly (P>0.05) and heart rates remained unchanged. Conclusion Stretch-induced in various parts of stomach and bulged stomach had certain effects on blood pressure and heart rates but the degrees were different.
