间接加热脱硅在工业生产中的应用

摘要 在间接加热脱硅过程中,对于加热过程中易于结晶析出的烧结法粗涂与种子的混合浆液来说,因加热管道结疤,加热管道的运行周期短是一个很关键的问题。本文就列管预热器和套管预热器在粗液脱硅过程中的应用进行了论述。并对其结疤状况进行了分析。 During the process of removing silicon by indirectory heating method, the mixedseriflue of sinering crude liquid and the seeds in heating tubes are easily crystallized, the scabs in the tubes result the short running period of heating tubes . The paper discussed the application of tube still preheater and double-pipe preheater in the process of removing silicon, and analyzed the situation of the scab.
