高校科研管理工作的几点认识

Some understanding of university’s scientific research management work

高校作为基础研究、应用研究、技术创新、成果转化与应用的主力军,在国家创新发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在高校科研工作中,科研管理工作的实施情况是十分重要的一个环节,直接关系到高校科研发展的质量,是高校科研发展的重要影响因素。笔者结合工作实际,提出了高校科研管理工作的几点认识。

Institutions of higher learning as the main force of basic research, applied research, technology innovation and achievements transformation and application, its plays a more and more important role in the development of national innovation. In scientific research work in colleges and universities, the implementation of the scientific research management work is very important, directly related to the quality of scientific research and development in colleges and universities, it’s one of the important factors affecting development of university’s scientific research. The author combined the actual work, put forward some understanding of university’s scientific research management work.
