本文在阐述了软件可靠性测试的特点和影响软件可靠性的因素的基础上,提出了软件可靠性测试的充分性准则,结合工程实际,研究了可靠性测试环境、可靠性估计、可靠性测试验证方案,给出了将测试充分性准则用于可靠性测试的流程模型,为软件进行可靠性测评提供了方法。

On the basis of stating the characteristics of the software reliability test and the ele-ments affecting the software reliability, this thesis raises the rule of the testing thoroughness for soft-ware reliability. Combining the reality of the project , we researched on the environment of the relia-bility test, the reliability estimate and the compliance plan of reliability test, Then we created the pro-cess line model in which the rule of testing thoroughness is applied to the software reliability test. This will supply the technology of the software reliability testing evaluation.
