Taking the share dsign and employee owned share and practice of a HighTech company,The Eleventh Design and Research Institute Ltd,Co of IT,as an exampl,it describes the Characters of HighTech Company and Necessity of employee ownd share and introduces the reform and share distribution concept of The Eleventh Design and Rsearch Institute Ltd,Co of IT.
