高校设立海洋科学技术研究院的一点思考

Some Ideas on the University's Establishment of the Academy of Marine Science and Technology

总结几年来我国海洋科技工作,针对海洋科学研究与技术开发的特殊性及目前高校海洋科技的特点,建议成立海洋研究院。

Based on Chinese marine scientific research work during the past few years and in view of the particularity of marine scientific research and development of marine technology and the characteristics of the current marine technology at Chinese institutions of higher learning,it suggests to establish the Ocean Academy of Marine Science and Technology in Universities.
