摘要
在系统阐述时间价值分析原理的基础上,分析了时间价值的主要特点及其基本计算方法,提出了改进思路,并依据消费者行为理论及效益成本原理,建立了旅客自由选择的时间价值模型分析体系,这种模式不仅能满足宏观经济评价的需要,而且能适应微观交通分析的要求。依托甘陕运输通道的实际,进行了旅客时间价值的实证性分析计算,收到了良好的结果。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of time value and its basic calculation method, put forward improvement suggestions, and established the time value models for passengers' free choices in the terms of consumer action theory and benefitcost principles, which can not only meet the needs of the macroscopic economic evaluation, but also fit for microscopic traffic analysis. Taking the passengers' transportation from Gansu province to Shaanxi province in China as an example, this model was ulitized to calculate the passengers' time value. The results are quite satisfactory.4 tabs, 1 fig, 6 refs.
