摘要 以纳米级NiO/SiO2气凝胶为催化剂,以H2为载气和还原气,在适当的温度下,裂解甲烷等碳氢气体,得到了管径均匀、长度与直径比为100~1000的碳纳米管。同时用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对催化剂和碳纳米管进行了表征。 Carbon nanotubes which are even in diameter and whose aspect ratios vary form 100 to 1000 can be obtained by decomposing hydrocarbon methane at a certain temperature with nanosized NiO/SiO2 aerogel as catalyst and hydrogen as supporting and reducing gasThe catalyse and carbon nanotubes are characterized by transmission electron micrograph and BETAutosorb instrument
