摘要
以钢、硬质合金和陶瓷 3种材料制备水煤浆喷嘴 ,研究它们的磨损机理。结果表明 ,喷嘴材料的硬度越高 ,其磨损量越小 ;钢喷嘴的磨损机理主要表现为塑性变形和微观切削 ,硬质合金喷嘴的磨损机理主要表现为晶粒剥落 ,而陶瓷喷嘴的磨损机理主要表现为研磨状损伤和热崩。
Coal water slurry atomizing nozzles are made of steel, cemented carbide and ceramic, respectively. In this paper, the authors discuss their wear mechanism. The results show that the higher the hardness of nozzles material, the smaller its wear. Steel nozzle's wear occurs in the form of plastic deformation and micro-cutting, cemented carbide nozzle's wear mainly in the form of crystal chipping and ceramic nozzle's wear in the form of grinding damage and thermal shock.
