摘要
兵力需求是高层决策机关在平时进行战场建设,战时实施兵力集结与调动的基本依据。首先讨论了地面防空兵力和空袭兵力作战效能指数的计算方法,依据防空作战双方的兵力对抗特点,建立了空地对抗条件下的兰切斯特动态微分方程,得出了满足一定作战结果要求的地面防空兵力总效能指数需求模型。根据平时或战时的兵力结构对总效能指数进行解释,得出所需规模进行快速估算,可为高层决策机关的兵力需求决策与分析提供量化依据。
The military strength demand evaluation is a basis for troops construction in peacetime and troops manoeuvre in wartime. Firstly a calculation method for the fighting efficiency exponents of ground-to-air defense troops and air raid troops are discussed, the Lanchester differential equation under the air-ground confrontation condition is established, and a total efficiency exponent demand model meeting the required operational result is derived. The needed amount of air-defence weapons is calculated by total efficiency exponents obtained. Finally, a practical sample is given. The military strength demand of theater ground-to-air defense troops can be rapidly evaluated by the model. The evaluation model is powerful to support high-level decision-making and the analysis of military strength demand.
