^(125)Ⅰ粒子前列腺永久性组织间植入治疗前列腺癌的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨直肠超声引导下经会阴植入125 Ⅰ粒子近距离放疗治疗前列腺癌的临床效果。方法:对12例前列腺癌患者采用直肠超声引导下植入125 Ⅰ粒子近距离放疗的情况进行回顾分析。结果:12例患者均手术成功,术后3个月血清PSA浓度值均已下降至正常水平,术后3个月复查直肠超声全部病人前列腺肿瘤缩小。结论:125 Ⅰ粒子前列腺永久性组织间植入治疗前列腺癌,患者创伤痛苦小,并发症少,术后恢复快,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
