板材无压边多点成形中回弹的数值模拟 被引量:13

摘要 回弹是板材无压边多点成形中必须解决的问题。本文采用显一隐式算法,对回弹进行数值模拟,采用动态显式算法模拟板材成形过程,隐式算法模拟卸载回弹过程。对不同板厚、不同变形量的圆柱面、球面、马鞍面的无压边多点成形过程进行数值模拟,得出了回弹趋势和回弹分布,这些结果对多点成形技术的工程应用,具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。 Springback is a problem that must be solved in the Multi-point forming (MPF) without blank holders. The springback processes are simulated based on explicit-implicit algorithm in this paper. Dynamic-explicit formulation is employed to analyse the loading processing and implicit formulation to unloading process. The MPF processes of cylindrical surface, sphere and saddle surface with different thickness under different deformations were simulated; the springback and its distribution under different conditions were obtained. These results provide significant guidance to the application of MPF technique.
