摘要
应用ANSYS有限元软件模拟了有模电磁胀形过程中的电参数及磁压力。分析了有、无模具对管坯成形电学、力学参数的影响;分析了模具形状改变对成形磁压力的影响。模拟得到不同管坯长度时管坯端部、中部所受磁压力的变化趋势。通过成形工艺试验得出,随管坯长度减小成形性得到提高。工艺试验的变形结果与模拟得到的磁压力分布规律基本吻合。
The electro-parameters and electromagnetic pressure in the process of electromagnetic bulging with mould are simulated using ANSYS, and the effect of with or without mould on the forming of tube blank and the effect of the shape of the mould on the magnetic pressure are analyzed. The results show that, the forming ability increases with the decreasing of the tube blank length. The distribution of magnetic pressure from simulated results agrees well with results from the experiment.
