异型截面筋条压弯稳定性分析及数值模拟研究 被引量:8

摘要 对于成形带筋整体壁板,控制筋条的变形量和防止筋条失稳是此项技术的关键,本文基于对筋条弹塑性弯曲的理论分析,给出了异型截面筋条压弯时的应力应变表达式,并对筋条压弯变形稳定性进行了分析。此外,本文应用MARC有限元软件对筋条压弯过程中的失稳现象进行了数值模拟。 It is critical to control the deformation degree of the ribs and avoid the defects during the forming of wing-skin panel with grid-type ribs. In this paper, the distribution rule of stress and strain in ribs is given, based on the elastic-plastic bending theory. The intability phenomena including buckling and cracking occurred in ribs bending process is simulated by MARC.
