改善H型钢断面性能均匀性的研究

Research on the improvement of properties uniformity over the H-beam section

针对H型钢的断面性能特点,对最终产品的材料组织形态和夹杂物含量进行研究,从温度和变形两个方面阐述了造成H型钢断面性能不均的原因。轧件断面的组织形态和空冷温度场计算结果表明,为了改善轧件的断面性能,应在轧件的不同部位选择不同的冷却强度对其进行轧后的控制冷却。

According to the research on the properties and microstructure over the H-beam section, this paper presents the reason of the non-uniform properties. From the examined microstructure and the calculated result of temperature field, it was suggested that in order to get the uniform properties the controlled cooling should be used.
