摘要 本文对含Nb、Ti等微合金元素建筑用耐火钢的控轧控冷工艺制度进行了实验研究,利用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等检测分析技术和力学性能实验,分析了不同冷却方式(空冷、炉冷和水冷)对组织性能的影响,并对实验钢的应变诱导析出行为进行了研究。通过控制工艺参数,可使实验钢的屈服强度达到524MPa,抗拉强度达到749 MPa,冲击韧性达到60J,屈强比小于0.8,高温屈服强度大于室温的2/3,满足建筑用耐火钢力学性能的要求。 Experiments of controlled rolling and controlled cooling processing have been carried out on a (Nb, Ti) microalloyed fire-resistant steel for construction. A series of test method and means such as optical microscope, transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope and mechanical property tests are utilized to analyse the effect of different cooling style (air cooling, furnace cooling and water cooling) on microstructure and mechanical properties. And the strain induced precipitation behavior is also investigated. By controlling the processing parameters that the yield strength about 524MPa , tensile strength about 749MPa, impact toughness about 60J, ratio of σ0.2/σb lower 0. 8 and the high temperature strength at 600℃ larger the 2/3 of the room temperature strength can be obtained, which can reach the mechanical property requirements of the fire-resistant steel for construction.
