摘要
目的 为了解决赤峰市麻疹疫苗 (MV)初始强化免疫抗体水平。方法 在全市计划免疫考核期间 ,在 12个旗县区按年龄组随机抽取 4 5 4名 1~ 13岁儿童并采集血清 ,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定麻疹抗体。结果 显示抗体阳性率为 96 7% ,保护率为 86 1% ,GMT为 1∶1174。结论 提示赤峰市MV初始强化免疫效果是肯定的 ,由此建议为了保持较高的抗体保护率水平 ,应采取常规免疫和强化免疫相结合的免疫策略 。
Objective To comprehend the antibody level in persons after measles vaccine initial reinforcement immunity Methods 454 children aged from 1 to 13 years old in 12 flags, counties and districts were selected randomly according to age group for investigation, their serum were collected to examine the measles antibody level with enzyme antithetical couplet immunity adsorbs trial(ELISA) Results The positive rate of antibody was 96 7%, protection rate 86 1%, GMT 1:1174 Conclusions The effectiveness of MV initial reinforcement immunity in Chifeng city was affirmative In order to retain higher antibody protection rate level, we should adopt immunity strategy which combined convention immunity and reinforcement immunity, at the same time strengthen the monitoring work of measles cases
