It is introduced and analyzed in detail that how Shanghai Bao Steel Group become one of the 500 most strengths all over the world with conducting continuously development strategy adjustment and promoting a series of important reform measures in management system as well as some experiences and revelations from that for us proposed. Some ideas and suggestions in reform and re-composition for Hebei industry to be more superior and powerful offered.
