邯钢1260m^3高炉上部调剂采用大角度料制后的炉况分析

摘要 对邯钢1260m高炉中修后,从炉身至炉腹采用了砖壁合一的薄内衬结构,高炉内型直接由“设计炉型”转变为“操作炉型”进行了分析。经实践不断摸索发现,K↓J↓αK40°J36°料制适合本高炉的炉型特征,炉况稳定顺行,并取得了较好的经济技术指标。 It is analyzed that after medium-scale repair thin-lining structure with brisk in wall as a whole was adopted for from furnace shaft to bosh of 1260 m3 B.F. and profile has changed from 'design profile' to 'operation profile'. It is discovered from practice that K↓J↓αK40°J36°frame is better for this furnace furnace condition steady and good economic and technical index got.
