摘要
对27SiMn钢油缸缸筒的亚温淬火工艺进行了研究。结果表明:27SiMn油缸缸筒的亚温淬火与常规淬火相比,可以获得更高的强度和韧性,同时减少了变形和开裂。
The sub-temperature hardening process for cylinder body of 27SiMn steel is studied. It is showed from the result that compared with normal one the sub-temperature hardening can make higher strength and toughness as well as reduce deformation and crack.
