摘要
悬式瓷绝缘子钢脚锌环的复合质量受多种因素影响。采用超声波反射技术 ,利用自制的锌环质量检测装置测量、记录各样品的回波信号幅度 ,并借助金相分析手段 ,讨论了钢脚质量的影响因素。研究表明 ,钢脚锌环的复合质量不仅取决于锌环与热镀锌层之间的结合状况 。
The quality of the steel foot zinc ring of suspended porcelain insulator was affected by various factors. The equipment developed for the quality of the zinc ring was applied to measure the echo amplitude of zinc ring, and the factors influencing the quality of zinc ring were analysed and discussed by means of metallography. Result showed that the quality was concerned with not only the bonding condition of zinc ring and hot zincified layer, but also the casting quality and flaw in the ring.
