摘要
在柱坐标系下建立了挤压铸造凝固过程中传热、传质和动量传输的统一数学模型,对二元合金铸件以柱状晶方式凝固的液相区、凝固区和固相区中发生的各种基本传输规律用同一组微分方程来描述。
An integral mathematical model combined with heat transfer, mass transportation and momentum conservation has been established in the columnar coordinate system for squeeze casting process. The same differential equation group is adopted to describle diversities of principal transportation rules of columnar crystals solidifying in the liquid zone, two-phase coexisting zone and solid zone for binary alloy castings.
