摘要
利用改性玄武岩纤维和植物纤维进行复合制备了生态环境复合过滤材料.研究表明,玄武岩纤维在植物纤维中均匀弥散,使无机纤维和有机纤维各自的优良特性得到了充分的发挥.对玄武岩纤维的X射线衍射、化学组成扣处理后的变化进行了测定,探讨了其稳定的可能原因:采用红外光谱探讨了植物纤维和玄武岩纤维的微观结合机制.利用SEM和无规线团模型对其结构进行了描述,并对比了不同结构的纤维过滤材料的特征,并利用孔径分析仪对滤材的孔径结构进行了表征,较系统的描述了该材料的性能.
In the light of requirements of ecomaterials greenness constitutes of basalt fiber were determined by energy dispersion spectrometer (EDS) and surface treatment effects were compared with softening agent and silicon alkyl coupling agent. On the basis of these researches, ecomaterial was prepared by means of basalt and plant fibers. The results showed that the basalt fiber were dispersed symmetrically in the plant fiber and excellent characteristics of the basalt and the plant fiber were exerted adequately, respectively. The configuration of the composite was described by means of random coil model and the filtration performance was analyzed through percolation theory. The effect factors of beating degree, content of basalt fiber and adhesive, etc were discussed. As-prepared composite was of repeatable utilization, high ratio performance and price, no second pollution. As a result, the composite harmonized with environment and accorded with requirement of benignly friendly environment.
