云母铁珠光颜料制备过程中铵的测定

摘要 实验选用氨气敏电极测定溶液中的铵离子,考察了影响氨气敏电极在尿素中和法制备云母铁珠光颜料过程中测定铵的各种因素:pH值、线性范围、最低检出限、响应时间、干扰物质等.通过大量的实验得出,pH值应控制在12左右,线性范围为10-5~10-1mol/L;当铵离子浓度在10-6~10-5mol/L时,采用两点定位法,可扩大其最低检出限到10-6mol/L. Using ammonia gas-sensitive electrode , the ammonium in solution is determined in this article . In the preparation of mica iron nacreous pigment with urea hydrolyze method, some factors such as pH, linear range, minimum limit of detection, response time and interfering material will affect this determination. By lots of experiment, pH should be controled at 12, linear range is 10-1 to 10-5 mol/L; While concentration of ammonium is 10-5 to 10-6 mol/L, the minimum limit of detection can be extended to 10-6 mol/L with two-point location method.
