摘要
在深入理解开放式数控系统国家标准的基础上 ,提出了一种基于实时Linux的开放式数控系统框架 ,该系统的软件由开放式CNC内核和数控功能模块组成 .对数控功能模块进行了系统的划分和研究 ,给出了数控组件的工作流程及插补组件接口示例 .用户可根据该框架 ,重构各功能模块 ,或自行开发所需要的功能 ,构成高速。
Based on the research on the national standard of Open Numerical Control System, a frame of the system based on RT Linux was given. The software of the system is made up of open CNC kernel and numerical modules. Then the CNC function modules were systemically plotted and studied, and the working flow of CNC components and the example of interpolate component interface were given. Users can reform function modules or develop the needed function modules based on this frame, to build an open numerical control system that possesses control performance of high speed and high precision.
