Development in Research on Electrochemical Reaction Resulting in Oxygen Contamination by Slag in Submerged Arc Welding Process

摘要 传统的焊接冶金观点认为焊接过程增氧机制是热化学作用所致,近年来一些焊接冶金学者提出了熔渣/液态金属界面电化学致氧的观点。本文结合该领域的试验研究进展,对埋弧焊熔渣/液态金属界面电化学作用导致的增氧机理及试验研究方法加以评述,对进一步开展焊接电化学现象试验及理论方面的研究提出了作者的一些观点。 Oxygen contamination is attributed to thermochemical reactions in traditional welding metallurgical theories. Recent years, a viewpoint that electrochemical reactions at slag/metal interface can generate oxygen contamination is suggested by some welding metallurgists. Integrated development of experiments in this scope, evaluation of used study methods is given in this paper. Several authors' views about how to go on studies of experiment and theory of electrochemical reaction in SAW are proposed in the end.
