摘要
通过多次反复筛选 ,从污水处理厂的活性污泥中筛选出一株具有较高絮凝活性的产絮凝剂微生物。经优化培养知 ,该微生物所产生的絮凝剂的絮凝率可达 94% ,其生长及产絮凝剂要求的培养条件非常粗放。该微生物经过菌落特征 ,生理生化等特征的研究 ,鉴定为气微菌属细菌 (Aeromicobium sp)
A bacterial strain 3 #, isolated from activated sludge and identified as Aeromicobium sp could produce flocculant. Its optimum culture condition is 40% sucrose, 0.5% NaNO 3, 2.0% yeast extract,0.25% MgSO 4·7H 2O,0.5% KH 2PO 4,24~42 ℃, 190~234 r/min, pH=6.5~9.5, cultured for 24 h in flasks. The strain produced a highly active flocculant, with flocculating rate of 94% against kaolin suspension.
