摘要
论述了安全性综合评价方法的基本原理及应用。以某港口的一台门座起重机为实例 ,对其圆筒结构进行静态强度测试 ,根据测试结果的数据核算该门机配重配置的合理性 ,将实测数据与理论计算结果相比较 ,得出一致的结论
This paper aims at the primary principles and application of synthetical security evaluation. Taking a frame crane as an example, a static strength test of metal structures of the crane was conducted, and verify proper weight of the counterweight according to the test data. Comparing the testing results with the theoretic calculation, we found they were consistent, then a conclusion was drawn: The crack of the structure was caused by inadequacy of current counterweight.
