摘要 以离子液体 1 丁基 3 甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为反应溶剂 ,氨基乙酸为催化剂 ,在微波辐射下 ,醛和活泼亚甲基类化合物发生的Knoevenagel缩合反应速度能被极大地提高 。 The reaction rate of Knoevenagel condensation can be dramatically enhanced by microwave irradiating the reaction mixture containing an aldehyde, active methylene compound and glycine, using an ionic liquid 1 butyl 3 methylimidazonium tetrafluoroborate (BF 4) as a solvent. Eight Knoevenagel condensation products were synthesized between 5min~10min in good yields.
