取代氨乙基膦酸的简便合成

摘要 以 2 氯乙基膦酸和胺为原料 ,经一步反应合成了 3种取代氨乙基膦酸 ,合成工艺条件为 :2 氯乙基膦酸2 0 0mmol,n( 2 氯乙基膦酸 )∶n(胺 ) =1∶1.1,反应温度 18℃ ,反应时间 12 0h ,pH 8~ 10 ,KI作催化剂 ,收率 78.2 %~91.0 %。用元素分析 。 Three of substitued aminoethylphosphonic acids were synthesized by one step reaction from 2 chloroethylphosphonic acids and amines. The technological conditions are that the quantity of 2 chloroethylphosphonic acid is 200mmol, the molar ratio of 2 chloroethylphosphonic acid to amines is 1 ∶1.1, reaction temperature is l8℃, reaction time is 20h, pH is 8~l0, and the catalyst used is potassium iodide. Under the conditions the yield was 78.2%~9l.0%. The title products were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR.
