摘要
为了进一步提高型钢的表面质量、降低轧辊消耗量、提高轧制产量,马鞍山钢铁公司在型钢轧机成品机架上推广使用了带槽轧辊,使型钢的表面质量得到了较大幅度的改善,轧制能力比平辊开槽平均提高了30%,较大幅度地降低了轧辊的消耗量,并获得了明显的经济效益。
In order to enhance the surface quality of rolled sections, reduce roll consumption and increase production, the grooved rolls is applied in finishing stand of section mill. The rolling capacity per millimeter is increased by 30 %, and the obvious reduction of roll consumption is obtained. Therefore the remarkable economic benefits are achieved.
