摘要
探讨了运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定植物性食品中的微量Al的方法。采用干法灰化,在盐酸介质中,通过加入硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,控制灰化温度在1200℃,原子化温度为2600℃等措施可以很好地消除基体干扰,得到较为理想的吸光度值。该方法的检出限为0.015μg·L-1,回收率为96%~102%。
The determination of trace aluminum in the fragrant nut by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was reported.In the method, dry ash decomposition is carried out and addition of magnesium nitrate as matrix modifier in the medium of hydrochloric acid. The ash temperature and the atomic temperature of the method are controlled at 1 200℃and 2 600℃, respectively. The method can effectively minimize the matrix interference. The detection limit and the recovery of this method are 0.015 μg·L^(-1) and 96%-102%, respectively.
