摘要
为探寻蜜环菌深层发酵的最佳条件 ,提高其产多糖的能力 ,改变蜜环菌生长的理化因素 (包括碳氮源种类及浓度、刺激物种类及浓度、p H值、接种量、通气量、搅拌、消泡剂、发酵时间 ) ,分别发酵 ,测定菌丝含量和多糖含量.结果表明 ,蜜环菌产多糖的最佳发酵条件为红薯粉 3% ,蛋白胨 1% ,葡萄糖 1% ,KH2 PO4 0 .15 % ,Mg SO4 0 .0 75 % ,乙醇 1% ,酵母膏 0 .1% ,p H6 .0 ,接种量 10 % ,装料量 6 0 % ,发酵时间 6
In order to find out the best condition of the polysaccharide production from Armillaria mellea' s subnerged fermentation and improve the capability of the polysaccharide production,we dose the study of the polysaccharide production from changing the different physical's and chemical's factor (include:carbon's kind and consistence,nitrogen's kind and consistence,stimulator's kind and consistence,pH,vaccinal amount,aerate amount,whip,defoaming material,fermentation's time) in Armillaria mellea subnerged fermentation.The result shows that the best fermentation condition of the polysaccharide production from Armillaria mellea is 3% sweet potato powder,1% peptone,1% glucose,0.15% KH 2PO 4,0.075% MgSO 4,1% ethyl alcohol,0.1% yeast extracts,pH value for 6.0,10% inoclum ration,60% volume raw material and six days of fermentation.
