This paper aims at the study of the growth curve model with a common mean parametric matrix.The necessary and sufficient conditions are given for linear estimates of a linear estimable function of the common regression coefficient matrix to be linear admissible in the class of given linear estimates under quadratic loss. In the meantime a unique linear admissible minimax estimator of a linear estimable function of the common regression coefficient matrix under quadratic loss is also given.
