摘要 爆破自记仪已由长江科学院于1990年底研制成功。经过1年多的应用,证明仪器使用方便,工作性能稳定。现已通过水利部鉴定,目前正在小批量生产。该仪器的特点是不要测量导线,没有交流电源干扰,信噪比高.具有模拟和数字两种输出。所测得的结果可以送入计算机和信号处理机进行处理分析。隔河岩工程相邻引水隧洞在同一地段进行施工时,为了避免一洞爆破对另一洞混凝土衬砌的不利影响.采用分段微差毫秒爆破;用该仪器进行不断的监测,证明爆破影响在安全范围以内。东风电站在溢洪道下游的开挖中,用磁带机和爆破自记仪同时对一测点进行监测,并将两者所得结果进行了谱分析,功率谱表明,自记仪所测得的波形的50Hz 干扰远小于磁带机所测得的,证明前者优于后者。 By the end of 1990,the automatic explosion recorder had beem successful- ly manufactured by the Changjiang Science Research Institute.After practical use for application more than a year,it has been proved that the apparatus is convenient for use and its operational function is steady.Now it has passed the appraisal of the Water Con- servancy Ministry and is being put into small—scale production.The characteristics of the apparatus are no need of wire leading to the measuring spot,no interference from the source of alternating current,high signal—to—noise ratio and two modes of out- put:simulative and digital.The results measured can be input to the computer and the signal processor for processing and analyzing.During the construction of the adjacent intake tunnels in the Geheyan Project,in order to avoid the harmful effect on the con- crete lining of the tunnel when blasting is being undergone in the other tunnel,the method of millisecond delay blasting was adopted and the apparatus was used to moni- tor continuously.The result monitored proved that the effect of explosion is within the range of safety.In the excavation of the section downstream of the spillway in the Dongfeng Power Station,both the magnetic tape unit and the automatic explosion recorder were simultaneously used to monitor a same measuring point and the technique of spectral analysis was utilized to analyze the results gained from the both.The power spectrum showed that the interference to the wave shape at 50 Hz mearsured with the automatic explosion recorder was much smaller than that with the magnetic tape unit and it is apparent that the former is better than the latter.
