摘要
建筑工程司法鉴定工作在我国开展的时间比较短,进行建筑工程司法鉴定,除了需要具有扎实的建筑工程专业知识的专家以外,一般还需要法律、经济等其它专业的专家相互配合。因而需要对不同专业的专家、以及相同专业的不同专家进行有效、科学地组织、协调,以利于鉴定工作的顺利进行。本文尝试在建筑工程司法鉴定工作中运用特尔菲法,以保证建筑工程司法鉴定结果的公正性与科学性。
The time of construction engineering juridical identification is shorter in our country. It is necessary for construction engineering juridical identification to have deeply knowledge in construction special . It needs cooperate by other specialist in law or in economy. In order to assure the construction engineering juridical identification proceeding easily, it is necessary for organizing and assorting with the expert. This paper gives the research on how to use Delphi method in construction engineering juridical identification.
