摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收法,用APDC-DDTC-MIBK萃取分离镍,对金属硅中的痕量镍进行了分析。讨论并确定了方法的最佳测定条件,结果表明,镍的检出限为1.2ng/mL,回收率为97.1%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~1.7%。该法准确、快速、简便,应用于金属硅中痕量镍的测定,结果满意。
