摘要
乙苯催化脱氢制苯乙烯是苯乙烯工业生产的重要方法,经典的脱氢工艺分为二段绝热、负压脱氢、段间再热等过程。本文探讨了三段绝热负压脱氢工艺,与经典二段相比,三段工艺反应温差小、乙苯转化率可达70%以上,单程收率提高11%,生产能力有了较大的提高,同时水蒸气用量较少,是一项有竞争力的技术。
The ethylbenzene catalytic dehydrogenation is one of the most important methods for styrene production. The classical processes are adiabatic two stages, dehydrogenation under reduced pressure, reheating process between two stages. In this paper, we discussed the 2 stages or 3 stages processes, and the differences between them. The results show that the difference of inlet and outlet temperatures of bed in the 3 stages process is less than in the 2 stages process, and the conversion can be over 70%. The yield in single run of the 3 stages process is 11% higher than the 2 stages process, and steam usage is even less. The 3 stages process is highly competitive.
