Cutter Adapters' Design of Facing Weld Steel Tubes

本文重点介绍内外倒角三种刀盘的设计::(1)复合刀具+平头刀的双刀式,(2)浮动式倒角刀+平头刀的双刀式,(3)内外倒角刀+平头刀的三刀式。对此三种刀盘的安装、对刀分别作了叙述,并对各优缺点和应用场合作了比较。

This paper introduces three design methods of cutter adapters used to bevel pipe ends: (1) Formed cutter & Dual-face cutter, (2) Floating beveling cutter & Dual-face cutter, (3) Dual-beveling cutter & Trio-face cutter. A detailed description about the assembling and positioning of the their cutter adapters is presented. Together with a analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.
