In the cultivation of talents in Higher Vocational Institutes,the author argues that it is the starting point to concentrate efforts on professional technology;it is the key to put much emphasis on practice teaching;it is a breakthrough to integrate production,learning and research and it is a guarantee to strengthen management,teaching and assessment system building.
