摘要
现有发动机集中控制装置受到普通单片机运算能力和速度的限制,以及所采用的基于"查表-插值"的控制策略,难以保证动力性、燃油经济性、排污达到最佳状态,更不能满足不同控制方式需要。同时,因发动机硬件环境改变后,点火提前数据和喷油数据等也将发生变化。针对上述问题,笔者提出了一种具有实时仿真功能的通用汽车发动机集中控制系统。介绍了系统的构成与功能、新型控制策略、与PC机进行通信实现重要数据更新、软件升级等功能,并重点介绍了通过系统的实时在线仿真功能获取发动机MAP特性参数的方法,验证了方法的可行性。
By the arithmetic capability and speed of a normal single chip computer, and the controlling strategy based the method of lookup and interpolation, existing carengine integrated controlling device does not have the optimum operational performances usually in dynamics, economical effectiveness and exhaust performance, and not meet different controlling methods. Moreover, the data of spark advance, fuel injecting and so on are followed by the alternation of the carengine's hardware environments. To solving the problems the problems, a general carengine integrated controlling system with realtime imitating function is proposed. Its constitute and fundamental control functions,a new type control strategy, communicating with PC computer for online program and important data updating, and the method of capturing system MAP characteristic by its realtime imitating function are introduced. The method is demonstrated by the carengine test on shelf.
