Comprehensive Evaluation on Production and Living Standard of Resettlement

本文提出用综合分析评价指标体系对农村移民生产生活水平进行评价。综合评价指标体系包括总体指标、分类指标、分项指标以及若干个子项指标。鉴于指标体系中各因素并非同等重要。采用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重值,从子项开始,以其权重乘以相应的评分值,再累加得所属分项评分。依次类推,直至得出不同水平年的生产生活综合评分值,并以此确定移民生产生活的相应等级。

The paper puts forward the evaluating standard of production and living of rural resettlement by using comprehensive evaluation indexes. The indexes include overall index, classified index, item index and a number of sub-item indexes. In view of each factor of all indexes is not equally important, the weighted value of each index is decided by using levels analysis method, starting from sub-item, relative evaluation value multiplied by the weighted value then adding up marks of its sub-item and so on and so forth until getting a comprehensive evaluation value of production and living standard in different level years for determining relative grades of production and living standard of resettlement.
