摘要 介绍了通辽发电厂1号、3号机组发生的非稳定振动情况(包括振动特点、数据测试),经分析确定为通流部分发生碰磨。开缸检查在中缸和高缸发现碰磨点,缺陷消除后振动得到了改善。 The unstable vibration status(including vibration features and data measured)happened on No.1 & 3 generating sets in Tongliao Power plant are introduced.Through the analyses the colliding wears of through flow parts were determined,The points of colliding wears were discovered in the medium pressure and high pressure cylinders after opening cylinder inspections.The vibration had been improved after the elimination of defects.
