It is the current primary coverage of the party building, to study the spirits of the 17th National Congress of CPC earnestly, strengthen and improve party's basic-level organization construction. We must use the spirits of it to guide work, practice and enhance the ability of controling the overall situation and deals with the complex aspect, therefore found the new prospects of township work in our prefecture unceasingly.
