摘要
中青年干部要加强学习,要向书本学,也要向实践学。要解决好学些什么,怎么学习的问题;要解决好理论学习和工作实践相结合的问题。
The middle-aged cadres must strengthen the study, learn from both books and practice. We must solve the question of what and how to study, the problem which unify the theoretical study and the working practice.
