当前农村基层党组织建设还存在党员文化素质偏低、干部队伍老化的问题。因此,必须探索一系列适应新形势下农村党建工作的新要求的对策与措施。

At present, the problem of grass-root party organization construction is that the party member culture quality is somewhat low, the leaders are older than before. Therefore, we must explore a series of countermeasure and the measures which can adapt the new request of the countryside party construction under the new situation.
