生态文明建设是落实科学发展观,实现贵州经济社会发展的正确选择,是贵州探索人与自然和谐发展的必然结论。因此,应该树立生态价值教育观,转变贵州经济发展方式,抓好节能减排工作,建立完善的政策和法律体系。
Ecology civilization construction is the correct choice to carry out the scientific development concept, explore the accord development between human being and nature and realize economic and social development in Guizhou. Therefore, ecological value education must be set up; economic development pattern must be transformed. We must pay special attention to reducing carbon emission and conserving energy to establish the perfect policy and the legal framework at the same time.
