农村的发展面临新的问题,突出地表现为分散经营与现代农业的不适应,造成生产的趋同性;农产品价格难以提高;技术水平的低下,也不利于标准化生产和农业产业化发展以及品牌的创建。这就要求创新农村经济组织,提高农民组织化程度,同时,依托新型组织,不断加快农业产业化经营,促进农业产业升级。

The new question the rural development faces is that the separate management and the modern agriculture do not adapt each other. This requests us to innovate rural economic configuration of organization, enhance the farmer organization level, speed up the agricultural industrial production management unceasingly, and promote agriculture industrial production upgrading.
