随着经济全球化进程的加快,一种以地缘关系为基础的区域性经济合作发展迅速,已经成为推动区域范围内经济增长的一个有效的方式。构建武陵地区区域合作机制要遵循三个原则、处理好四个关系、抓好四个方面的关键工作、构建四个机制的建议。

As the process of economic globalization is speeding up, a rapidly developed geographical-based regional economic cooperation has become a regional framework of economic growth in an effective manner. To construct Wuling area regional cooperation mechanisms should follow three principles, deal with four relationships, do good jobs in four aspects and build four mechanisms.
