Shiqian County implements the main line called One Law Three Regulations One Case, in order to stabilize the low birth rate as the goal, adhere to administration by laws and regulations, so that the whole county's birth control and family planning stepped into the legal path, therefore created a new image of Harmonious Family Planning and a good populational environment for the rapid economic and social development throughout the county.
